I have been to the link provided and received the followng error:
Server.MapPath() error 'ASP 0173 : 80004005'
Invalid Path Character
/aspnuke/includes/database-inc.asp, line 7
An invalid character was specified in the Path parameter for the MapPath method
This has nothing to do with setting permissions.
